How many PCs can I use the Websync Search on??
Each software Licence you buy is to use the Websync Search on a single PC basis. To use on multiple PCs, you need multiple licences.
If you require multiple licences, please contact us for a quote.
What if I need to re-install the Software??
If you need to re-install the software, simply re-install it on the same PC, using the same setup.exe file as you first downloaded.
If you have registered your copy and was using it in the full version ( ie: more than 10 keywords) via the installation process, then the software should operate without you needing to re-register on your PC. If you do need to re-register, then please refer back to the email sent at the time of purchase for the licence code.
What if I lose the email containing the Licence/ Registration code??
If you are a licensed user, simply email us your details and we can email your original Licence code that was originally issued to you.
But, if you ever want to use the software on different PC, then you do need a NEW Licence code to be issued. This will be at an extra cost.
